Andrea Himmel

Director of Strategic Acquisitions

Andrea Himmel joined Himmel + Meringoff Properties in June 2018 as Director of Strategic Acquisitions. From 2016 through 2018, she served as co-founder and Managing Director of Revere Resources, a private equity fund with $300 million of assets under management (AUM). Prior to founding Revere, Ms. Himmel spent six years at Sanders Capital, a value-oriented global investment manager with $35 billion of AUM, where she was responsible for the oil and gas investments.

While attending the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, Ms. Himmel concentrated her studies in real estate within the Joseph Wharton Scholars’ Honors Program. As an undergraduate, she worked in real estate private equity at Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds and in real estate debt at Morgan Stanley. Upon graduation, Ms. Himmel worked for Brookfield Property Partners in acquisitions and leasing.
